We treat the entire spectrum of eating disorders and disordered eating. We provide treatment for children, adolescents, adults, parents, and families. We know that each person is unique, and provide individualized virtual care that supports your needs and goals.
We support anyone who identifies as struggling with food and the body in any capacity. While we do treat clinical conditions, we do not take a “one size fits all” approach.
We look at each individual uniquely, evaluating how they struggle through different stages and phases of an eating disorder.
The Centre does not label or categorize eating disorders without a proper assessment first. This is because every person is different, and every eating disorder can present differently.

What therapy dreams are made of. I was fortunate enough to discover Kyla and her team last year at a time when I needed them most. I had been struggling with food and body for over 13 years and felt I had exhausted all other resources, which simply did not meet my needs. Although discouraged at the time, not all hope was lost.
The Kyla Fox Centre offered a multi-faceted, individually tailored recovery program with a team that was thoughtful and sensitive to my needs, something that my prior treatment encounters had lacked.
The centre quickly became a second home to me - a soft place to land on the harder days and a warm space to celebrate my successes on the better ones. I sought the help of the Kyla Fox Centre when the hospital system wasn’t able to assist me. I didn’t fit hospital criteria. Perhaps I wasn’t severe enough, but nonetheless, I was suffering. I loved that I wasn’t labelled at the clinic, nor did I need to be. I just had a terrible relationship with food and it had run my life for 43 years. But little did I know what kind of work this journey would entail. I have been in therapy since I was 17 and in intensive therapy since becoming sober a decade ago. But nothing would compare to the intensity of this treatment centre. I have never been challenged so much in my life - and I mean this in a good way as I was ready for this! I had no idea how intricate an eating disorder is and how multifaceted the healing would need to be. I feel like I was offered this healing through this incredibly well-rounded program. From the medical, to the spiritual, to the emotional, I was met with compassionate support. My therapists, doctors, and practitioners were a powerful team who worked together to provide me with the education, practical strategies, and nurturing care that I needed to overcome some serious hurdles. My life has completely changed and I am eternally grateful to Kyla (and the team) for setting me on this path.
